She has been a realtor with Allie Beth Allman & Associates since 1992, and for 19 years, focusing on Park Cities, Greenway Park, Preston Hollow and Lakewood communities!Margie has been a resident of the Park Cities for 26 years, where she and her husband Neil, raised three beautiful daughters. She is a graduate of the University of Texas, Austin. Stephanie is a Senior Vice-President at Allie Beth Allman and Associates and the co-founder of Pinkston-Harris Real Estae Group. She is a full time real estate professional specializing in the Park Cities and vicinity, Preston Hollow and Lakewood areas for over 20 years.She graduated from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business with a BBA in Real Estate and Accounting and currently serves on the SMU Alumni Board. Stephanie is an active member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumni, La Fiesta seis Banderas Guild, Council for Life, Vice-President of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Mother’s Club and is a Dallas Symphony Orchestra League Board Member.She has over 30 years experience in real estate becoming a licensed realtor in 1977 and a licensed broker in 1979.Stephanie is a real estate entrepreneur and has previously owned and operated three successful real estate offices. She started her first company which sold primarily land at the age of 25 and sold it to another broker in the office a few years later. She moved and bought into another small residential real estate firm with one office and approximately 25 agents. By the time she sold the business about 5 years later it had developed into a company with two locations consisting of over 75 agents and the top office in the region in total volume. She sold the company shortly after she started her family but the offices are still in existence today.Stephanie’s real estate skills have earned her a number of honors and awards. She consistently receives the Pinnacle Producer Award which is awarded for the top level of production in the company. Stephanie lives and sells in the Park Cities. She is married to Scott Pinkston, her daughter attented the Park Cities schools and is a junior in college and her son attends Highland Park High School.
